Floats

Floats are simple devices which are easy to install. They tend to be regarded as a low cost solution to a level application. In practise care should be taken to ensure the application is suitable. Avoid applications where there is the possibility of turbulence or deposition. We recommend that you do not switch mains directly through the float. Instead use a low voltage relay such as the UC1. Floats can be used for clean liquids and drinking water. Equally they can be used for water and oil applications.
